A free, drop-in support group for pregnant women and mothers up to 1 year postpartum.Positive, understanding, supportive!

Talk with other moms about:
- The adjustment to motherhood at all levels
- Balancing day-to-day self and baby care
- The range of feelings from depression, anxiety, or overwhelm,  to love & joy

MotherWoman Groups are:
- Safe spaces where moms feel heard, understood, nurtured and validated. Leave feeling energized!
- A warm place to connect with other moms
- Facilitated by MotherWoman leaders, who bring warmth, compassion, and experience to the group

Free snacks, free childcare for toddlers up to age 4 years, on bus route.
